People - Define key stakeholders and how to engage colleagues. Identify and equip internal champions and influencers.

Project – Establish timelines, define adoption success criteria, create training and communication plans.



Create – Create marketing materials, this could be developing a brand identity, digital signage, key messaging and videos.

Inform – Provide information and engage with stakeholders. Deliver presentations and be clear about what you’re asking of people.

Market – Sell the change. Host company events and deliver your communications.


Develop – Training videos. Champion specific training. Develop a resource knowledge centre.

Educate – Create drop-in sessions, floorwalking, FAQs and access to support.

Invigorate – Bring the possibility of change to life through stories. Make them stick and let your people lead by example. Use interviews, blogs and case studies and celebrate results.
